The Best Twin Buggy

With a weight of just under 10kg The Evalite Duo is one of the tiniest strollers for siblings available. It is suitable from birth and is compatible with Joie car seats or carrycots (with the Instant Sure Lock attachment). It's easy to fold, lift, drive and ride. The frame's clever design can be expanded to accommodate a second child seat.

Out 'n' about says the Evalite Duo's one-handed folding is an outstanding feature. They were awed by how quickly and easily the Evalite Duo comes together. They did note that it was more difficult to navigate bumps and rough surfaces than other models.

They also note that the front seat doesn't fully recline and they had to use their hands to get it down which they don't want to have to do when travelling with small children. The Evalite Duo, however, is a great stroller that could be improved upon with a few tweaks. They are impressed by how compact twin stroller it is when folded.

The only drawback is the weight. It is heavy at 32.4 pounds and could be difficult to lift out and into of the trunk for Grandma. It is priced higher than other double side-by-side buggies. But, it's made to last and has numerous features for the price. It's an excellent choice for parents in urban areas who don't want to drag around a bulky stroller. And, the straps that are padded and buckles with five points ensure safety for babies.

Bugaboo Donkey Twin

The Bugaboo Donkey Twin has a fashionable, functional design. It's a top-quality product, but it's not without its faults.

It comes with very few features, both for kids and parents. There's a small bin in the seat, but it's only accessible when one seat is attached and that's the only thing it has. There are no cups, tray for parents or accessory pockets. This could be a problem during long journeys.

The seats aren't very flat and the gap between the seats is quite large. Our 5-year-old had trouble reclined comfortably. It's a shame, considering it's a premium model.

It's simple to maneuver and the swivel-wheel is ideal for climbing stairs and slopes. It's also slim enough to fit in the majority of doorways and folds up easily for easy storage and transportation. Additionally, it can be turned back to mono mode in just three clicks should you ever need some more room or want to make a quick getaway. It can even accommodate a third kid with the comfort wheeled boards if you need to. It is expensive though so for those on a budget there are other options available there. It's worth it in the event that you're a huge fan of the brand and have money to spend.
