3 Wheel All Terrain Pushchair

If you're seeking a stroller for walks in the woods or strolls on the main streets, a pushchair that is all-terrain with excellent maneuverability is a great fit. These models typically come with large wheels and suspension that gives an easy ride on bumpy terrain.

The majority of them are suitable from birth and include a lie-flat seat or a baby carrycot. These vehicles also come with tyres which never flatten, usually composed from foam.

Suspension

A quality all-terrain pushchair should have a sturdy suspension that is designed to be smooth and comfortable on rough terrain. This will make your child to feel comfortable and at ease. The wheels will also be large and usually be a puncture-proof type to protect against damage caused by sharp sticks or rocks.

Some all-terrain strollers even offer the option to switch between different tyres to suit the conditions. Depending on what kind of terrain you prefer to explore, some all-terrain pushchairs have an adjustable front wheel that can be locked for stability or unlocked for more maneuverability when required.

To give you added security, some all-terrain pushchairs will have a handbrake that is lockable, which is more accessible to utilize with your hands than with a traditional brake pedal placed on the handlebars' side. This is a fantastic feature if you are inclined to climb steep hills.

They are perfect if you live in the countryside or take a walk on uneven, rough terrain. These are more robust and durable than a standard pushchair. They are equipped with unique features like large puncture-proof tires that can handle the most challenging surfaces. They're usually quite wide, so can be tricky to manoeuvre in tight spaces or narrow aisles in stores.

All-terrain buggy seats are positioned either parent or world facing. They grow with your child from birth to toddler. It has 'never-flat' foam-filled tyres that provide a smooth ride. Wheels

All-terrain pushchairs are essential when you live in the countryside or take your child on regular walks over rough terrain. Stores

There are excellent all-terrain pushchairs designed for parents who want to take their child off-road, but do not wish to tackle Ben Nevis. They offer the best of both. Find one that has all-terrain capabilities, sturdy suspension, and large puncture proof wheels, but is designed in a traditional pushchair design with reversible seating as well as full carrycot options.

UPPAbaby's popular Ridge all-terrain pushchair is a perfect example of this. It has a great suspension, a simple one-handed fold and a generous 10kg basket but also has features for parents that are child-friendly, like an adjustable handlebar, a hand-operated brake on the right and a large, covered storage space. A hood that can be removed and then brushed down with cool soapy water is a useful feature that can help keep mildew and mould from growing.

If you plan to take your all-terrain stroller off road, opt for air-filled tires instead of rubber grips. They will give you an easier ride on rough terrain, and make it easier to navigate through tight spaces. If you are planning to use your all-terrain pushchair for occasional jogging make sure that the front 3 wheel jogger can be rotated or has a quick-release feature to lock it into position for better stability.

To keep the fabrics in good condition, make sure they can be machine-washed. If not, a spot clean using soapy water and warm water should suffice. The fabric can be dried completely outside to avoid mold or mildew.

The majority of our three wheeled all terrain pushchairs are able to be used from the time of birth. Find models with a fully lie-flat seat and reversible backrest that will allow you to use it from the time of birth right up until your child is about three years old.
